Booking & Appointments
All appointments must be booked through our online system. A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is secured. Please double-check your time and service before finalizing.
Cancellations & No-shows
Tee asks for at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit, depending on the service booked.
Deposits & Payments
Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Prices listed online may change based on time, service adjustments, or additional requests.
Late Arrivals
Tee allows a 10-minute grace period. After that, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients.
Kid's Appointments
A parent or guardian must remain in the shop during any kid’s haircut. Please ensure children can sit safely and calmly during the service.
Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell, have open cuts, skin irritation, or conditions preventing safe service, please reschedule. We may refuse service to ensure safety for both clients and barbers.
Personal Items
Tee is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings brought into the shop.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe behavior, inappropriate conduct, or violations of these terms.
